Born and bred in New Plymouth and proud of the diversity our region has to offer. To me being a student leader is as simple as “I am the person you come to talk too, talk about anything at any time”

Kia Ora, I am a mother of a 14 year old boy.
This is my 2nd year studying at the Te Hāwera campus. I enjoy spending time playing board games, watching movies and learning. Throughout life I have experienced a variety of barriers and challenges, which have given me the strength and capability to navigate student life.
This year my goal as student leader is student achievement, while providing the best environment and support to complete our studies. If you have any concerns or need guidance toward the right direction, please don’t hesitate to come up for chat anytime.

Dia duit gach duine. Oisín Ammundsen is ainm dom.
I am in my first year at WITT studying Environmental Management. I look forward to meeting and talking to all students whether it's just a chat or about an issue.
I want to be the voice of the student body because I always want people to be heard and looked after. Feel free to come up and have a korero with me if you see me around campus.
Kon’nichiwa, my name is Natasha. I have always had an interest in buildings and their design often taking influence from the past for how it can benefit our future in terms of design and materials which is what lead me to study Architecture.
I have the great pleasure of being a mother to 3 wonderful boys.
One of my key qualities is that I’m compassionate which is what lead me to becoming a student leader. To be someone in which anyone can come to for a listening ear and if the need arises to be an advocate in your corner.

As student leaders we can assist you with any concerns as well as share your ideas. Talk to us so we can make your time here fun and enjoyable while you study. Don't hesitate to reach out and have a chat anytime you see me around campus.
