Graduates will demonstrate knowledge and skills required within the hospitality industry by national and local regulatory authorities.

Level 3
3x Mondays (9am - 3pm). One day available for resits if necessary.

Achievement in Licence Controller (Bar Manager) (Level 4)

Graduates will be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills required within the hospitality industry to effectively manage a licensed premises.

Level 4
2 days (9am - 4pm)

Barista Classes (Level 3)

Gain a broad understanding of making espresso coffee on an industrial machine.

Mixology 101 Micro-credential

This 30-hour NZQA 5 credit micro-credential provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to produce a variety of classic and creative cocktails to industry standards.

Mondays (6pm - 9pm)

Plant Based Cooking

This training scheme is designed to enable cooks on all levels wishing to expand their knowledge in developing Food Products to cater to the increasing trend for plant-based food.
